YouTube mobile updates its Video Settings UI

The new YouTube video settings UI mode has changed. It appears to be a client-side update. Previously, when in landscape mode, the video settings overlaid the screen from side-to-side, now it looks like a floating card that slides into the middle of the screen. Similar can be seen in portrait mode.

I like this change. It's less clutter and doesn't cover the entire screen when it shows up.
